Terms and Conditions

Sooz in The Shed - online Crochet courses.

• Links to the online videos will be deleted after a certain amount of time (this will be given at the start of your course).  The written patterns will be yours to download and keep for your own personal use.
• Learning video links or patterns must not be shared with anyone outside of the group.  This is the way I make my living and would like to think my prices are low enough for people to purchase their own learning and help support a small business.
• There will be homework to complete if you want to finish your project by the end of the course.  You are not at school and you are not forced to do it of course, but a little commitment will ensure you complete your project.
• I will create a Whatapps group for us all to chat in and help inspire each other. I will be there to answer questions throughout the length of the course and for a little while after.
• The learning links for YouTube and the written paperwork will be provided though the Whatsapp group - if you do not use Whatsapp I will arrange for these to be emailed instead.
• Full payment is requested upon booking to ensure your place on the course. Once the course has started no refunds will be available as some of the course material will have been already issued, however if you feel the course is going a little too quick I will be happy to transfer you to the next one within the first four weeks.
• I will set out the level of learning I think the course will expect (ie: beginner / intermediate / expert) and I will do my utmost to help you through this course with extra help if required, but please do not book an intermediate or expert course if you have never crocheted before.

LAMPWORK TUITION.

• Full payment required on booking.
• You can apply for a refund within 7 days of booking otherwise your chosen time will then be kept for you.  If you need to move your slot you can do this with 72 hours (3 days) notice before the booking time, after that your payment will be forfeited.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

• If you feel your item is not as described then please contact us for a refund.  Unfortunately we do not refund items due to you changing your mind.

GIFT CARDS

• Please check your purchase carefully before you buy as Gift Certificates CAN NOT be refunded or exchanged for cash.
