Returns Policy

ONLINE COURSES

• Full payment is requested upon booking to ensure your place on the course. Once the course has started no refunds will be available as some of the course material will have been already issued, however if you feel the course is going a little too quick I will be happy to transfer you to the next one within the first four weeks.

LAMPWORKING LESSONS

• You can apply for a refund within 7 days of booking otherwise your chosen time will then be kept for you.  If you need to move your slot you can do this with 72 hours (3 days) notice before the booking time, after that your full payment will be forfeited.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

• If you feel your item is not as described then please contact us for a refund.  Unfortunately we do not refund items due to you changing your mind.

GIFT CARDS

• Please check your purchase carefully before you buy as Gift Certificates CAN NOT be refunded or exchanged for cash.
